Barbara A. Amey is a Georgia native and proud Newnan High School graduate who embodies discipline, service, and results. A U.S. Army veteran with 20 years of honorable service, Barbara served as an Automated Logistics Specialist, completing assignments both stateside and overseas, including Italy, Egypt, Turkey, and Germany. She retired as a Staff Sergeant, decorated with multiple honors including the Meritorious Service Medal and Army Commendation Medals.
Following her military career, Barbara continued to serve her community as a Senior Tax Analyst for over two decades. Her passion for helping others—especially fellow veterans—naturally led her to real estate. Today, she helps buyers and sellers navigate the process with the same structure, care, and advocacy that defined her military career.
Barbara specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, military families, and clients looking to relocate or invest in Georgia real estate. She’s known for her calm demeanor, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to getting results.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of New York and a Doctorate in Humanitarianism from the Global International Alliance. Barbara is also an active member of the National Association of Military Black Women and several community-focused organizations.
